A graduate of Delhi College of Arts, Shalini developed a deep appreciation for beauty and craftsmanship. But her most meaningful creation came from a simple concern as a mother: finding bakery products she could trust.
While bakery shelves were filled with visually stunning cakes and cookies, she often questioned the quality of the ingredients behind them. Unwilling to compromise on what she served her family, she decided to create her own alternative.
With no formal baking training, Shalini taught herself through relentless learning, experimentation, and a commitment to using only genuine, high-quality ingredients. Every recipe was guided by one principle:
"Would I proudly serve this to my own family?"
What started as homemade treats for her children soon became favorites among family and friends. As word spread, so did the demand—transforming a passion project into a bakery built on trust, authenticity, and quality.
Today, Shalini remains committed to creating authentic English-style baked goods where taste, texture, and ingredient integrity matter more than trends or flashy decoration.
Her philosophy is simple:
"I will serve only what I will feed to my family."
